Shipping policy

1. Delivery Charges

Free delivery is available for all appliance products provided the shipping address is within a 60-kilometer radius of our Mitcham Warehouse.

If your address falls outside the free delivery zone, we will provide a delivery quote prior to order confirmation and will dispatch the goods only upon your approval. (Currently, delivery is limited to Victoria and Tasmania).


2. Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please confirm the following preparations in advance:

  • Ensure clear access pathways for delivery personnel and hand trucks.
  • Provide adequate parking space for the delivery vehicle.

Please notify us in advance if any of the following conditions apply to your location:

  • Apartment deliveries requiring valid parking (such as visitor parking or a loading zone).
  • No street parking available, parking spaces smaller than 10.5 meters, or parking located further than 100 meters from the delivery address.
  • Narrow streets (less than 3.2 meters wide, including street parking conditions).
  • Deliveries requiring navigation up multiple flights of stairs (additional fees apply).
  • Driveways narrower than 3.2 meters.
  • Doorways or staircases narrower than 75 cm.
  • Loading docks with a height clearance of less than 3.8 meters.
  • Commercial addresses or construction sites (please provide your operating or construction hours in advance).

Additionally, we offer removal and disposal services for old appliances (limited to rangehoods, cooktops, and ovens). This service incurs an extra fee; please contact us for more details.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Order Processing: Payments typically clear within 1–5 business days. Once payment is confirmed, we will contact you via SMS or email to schedule your delivery time. Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak periods, such as Christmas. Remote or Regional Areas: Deliveries to these locations may require additional time.

Generally, the complete delivery cycle takes about 6–11 business days, though remote areas may take longer. If you need to change or cancel your delivery or installation date, please contact us promptly.


4. Installation Services

We offer professional appliance installation services. For specific details and pricing, please consult with us via SMS or email.


5. Delivery Commitments

Robam will make every effort to complete deliveries within the promised timeframes. In the event of delays caused by inventory shortages, transit issues, or other force majeure factors, we will communicate with you promptly and ensure delivery is completed as soon as reasonably possible.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete delivery information. Robam assumes no liability for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete details.

If a redelivery is required for any reason, an applicable redelivery fee will be charged and must be paid in full prior to the second delivery attempt.
